摘要:
产卵试验结果表明，扑虱灵能刺激2龄稻纵卷叶螟幼虫产卵。幼虫体重和蛹重的试验结果表明，田间试验中除2龄期施用吡虫啉37.5 g/hm2(有效成分用量)的幼虫体重显著高于对照外，其他处理的幼虫体重与对照之间差异均不显著；但水泥池试验中处理组蛹的平均重量显著低于对照。2种选择性种农药处理后的5龄稻纵卷叶螟幼体内保幼激素含量显著低于对照，蜕皮激素含量除扑虱灵180 g/hm2(有效成分用量)处理显著高于对照外，其他各处理与对照相比差异均不显著。说明扑虱灵能刺激稻纵卷叶螟繁殖与蜕皮激素和保幼激素含量有关，该结果更好地解释了农药诱导稻纵卷叶螟再猖獗的生理生化机制。
