摘要:
应用H33258荧光染色法研究茄子花粉母细胞减数分裂、雄配子体发育过程。结果表明：茄子花粉母细胞中胞质分裂方式为同时型；成熟花粉粒为2-细胞型，包括1个营养核、1个精细胞；减数分裂中期Ⅰ可观察到12个二价体，小孢子有丝分裂中期可观察到12条染色体，是染色体计数的最佳时期；四分体排列方式有平面型、四面体型，四分体细胞体积可作为单核中晚期小孢子的间接比较标准。
