摘要:
为了解不同苗木在盐分胁迫下的生理反应,设计不同土壤盐分浓度处理,分析其出苗率、光合指标及幼苗器官中的Na+/K+;并引入熵权系数评价模型,对不同苗木的耐盐能力进行评价。结果表明:三叶裂漆在高盐分条件下的出苗率与净光合速率等指标降幅相对较小,器官中Na+/K+变化不大;复叶槭、茶条槭受盐分胁迫影响,出苗率与主要光合指标出现大幅下降,其中复叶槭根的Na+/K+值在高盐分条件下骤然上升;从熵权系数评价模型计算结果来看,三叶裂漆的熵权系数评价值最大,达到0.966,为本研究中耐盐能力最强的树种。
