摘要:
以f/2培养基为对照，探讨海水养殖废水对牟氏角毛藻和盐藻纯种培养和混合培养的可行性，研究培养过程中3种处理下藻生长和叶绿素累积情况，测定培养后水样中总氮、总磷含量的变化以及藻体中累积的蛋白质和多糖含量。结果表明，牟氏角毛藻和盐藻纯种培养和混合培养3种处理在f/2和海水养殖废水中能正常生长，说明利用海水养殖废水培养纯种和混合藻是可行的，培养过程中混合培养藻的生长情况均低于纯种培养，纯种培养和混合培养中牟氏角毛藻的生长情况均优于盐藻生长，叶绿素累积情况同生长情况一致，培养后各处理水体中总氮和总磷显著下降，混合培养更有利于蛋白质和多糖的累积。
