摘要:
研究了两粤黄檀茎不同溶剂(95%乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯)提取物的抗氧化和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。采用清除DPPH自由基、清除ABTS+自由基和铁离子(Fe2+)还原能力检测体外抗氧化活性;体外建立酶反应体系,以pNPG作为底物,检测其α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。结果表明,两粤黄檀茎乙酸乙酯提取物具有优异的抗氧化能力及α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,两粤黄檀茎乙酸乙酯提取物具有作为天然抗糖尿病药物研究和开发的潜力。
