摘要:

转变农业发展方式，引进先进技术成果，是增强我国农业综合竞争力的重要途径。立足江苏省盐城市外向农业科技创新实践，从技术创新研发、特色产业培育、技术输出管理等方面入手，深入剖析外向农业科技创新存在的问题，提出外向农业科技创新的对策措施，主要为集聚创新资源、强化技术突破、完善服务体系、拓展外向农业发展空间。同时，通过管理创新，着力打造外向农业的特色品牌。
