摘要:
建立了微波萃取-气相色谱法测定土壤样品中8种有机氯农药的分析方法,确定了最佳检测条件为:提取剂为正己烷 ∶[KG-*3]丙酮=1 ∶[KG-*3]1(体积比)混合溶液,净化柱为CARB/NH2,正己烷 ∶[KG-*3]丙酮=4 ∶[KG-*3]1(体积比)混合洗脱溶液的体积为30 mL,根据样品数量,1~16个样品微波萃取功率选用400 W,17~24个样品选用800 W,25~40个样品用1 600 W,微波萃取时间为30 min。该方法的有机氯农药回收率为89.2%~104.7%,平均检出限达到2 ng/g,具有回收率高、结果可靠、检出限低、操作简便、检测周期较短等优点,可满足土壤中有机氯农药的分析要求。
