摘要:
采用培养皿滤纸法,以高羊茅(Festuca elata Keng ex E.Alexeev)、白车轴草(Trifolium repens L.)和紫苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)3种草坪植物为受体,依据种子发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗苗高和根长等指标,结合化感效应指数的综合效应值,对外来入侵植物苦苣菜(Sonchus oleraceus L.)茎叶水浸提液的化感活性进行测定。结果表明,苦苣菜茎叶水浸提液对供试植物产生不同程度的影响;随浸提液浓度的提高,与对照相比,3种草坪植物种子发芽率、发芽指数、根长及鲜质量、活力指数等均呈逐渐减小趋势,相应化感效应指数显示各项指标均受到抑制作用;幼苗苗高呈先升后降变化趋势,化感效应指数显示其呈“低促高抑”的规律;化感效应指数综合效应值显示,在浸提液浓度低于1250%时,高羊茅受到化感促进作用,其余情况下3种受体植物均受到明显的化感抑制作用,其中以白车轴草受到抑制最为明显。
