摘要:
采用高效液相色谱法测定黑莓汁和黑莓果酒中有机酸含量。采用美国Agilent SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)为分析柱;流动相:0.5%(NH4)2HPO4-H3PO4缓冲液(磷酸调pH值为2.0);温度:30 ℃;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:214 nm;进样量:20 μL。建立了检测黑莓果酒中主要的6种有机酸(酒石酸、L-苹果酸、乳酸、乙酸、柠檬酸、D-苹果酸)的高效液相色谱方法。该方法的回收率为98.56%;RSD(相对标准偏差)为0.21%。
