摘要:
推进农业生产关系的变革，需坚持农民主体地位，充分考虑农民福利。从转换成本视角，分析不同农业契约形式产生的条件，以及农民福利的变化。研究结果表明，当企业和农户的转换成本都为零时，现货市场是最优选择，企业和农户总剩余最大。当企业和农户转换成本不同时为零时，现货市场使企业剩余和农户剩余减少，总剩余减少额度等于企业和农户转换成本之和，此时以合约替代现货市场可以增加企业和农户的剩余。企业剩余与农户剩余取决于各自转换成本的大小，转换成本越大，自身剩余越少。企业和农户转换成本的差额在一定范围内才能顺利实现纵向一体化，此时转换成本不对企业和农户剩余产生影响。研究结论对顺利推进土地流转、培育新型农业经营组织、有效发展优质农产品产业有着重要的理论和实践意义。
