摘要:
研究农民专业合作社贷款可获性是解决其融资难题的有效方法。尽管哈尔滨市的合作社在近年来已得到有效发展，但是融资难仍旧困扰着合作社。通过调查哈尔滨市合作社实际情况，运用Logistic模型回归得到是否拥有固定的上下游企业、符合银行规定的固定资产规模、合作社利润水平、合作社是否拥有征信体系、合作社是否得到政策扶持5个因素对合作社的贷款可获性影响显著；在可获性影响因素的基础上，对哪些因素影响贷款的满足度进行Tobit模型分析，结果表明，利润水平、符合银行规定的固定资产规模、拥有固定的上下游企业对合作社获得贷款的满足度影响显著。
