摘要:
为完善现有鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒(infectious bursal disease virus,简称IBDV)灭活疫苗生产工艺,形成适用于批量生产的抗原制备技术流程,对IBDV NJ09株病毒在DF-1细胞上的增殖工艺进行研究。通过培养基筛选、血清最适浓度比较、接毒量测定等相关试验,明确了规模化生产工艺,即将DF-1细胞以1 ∶[KG-*3]3、1 ∶[KG-*3]4比例分瓶(0.85×105~1.2×105个/mL)传代培养,细胞生长36~48 h后按体积分数
