摘要:
拟研究花椒麻素与辣椒素对试验性高血脂症大鼠血脂水平的共同调节作用。将40只SD雌性大鼠按体质量分为5组,即普通饲料空白组、模型对照组、花椒麻素组[3 mg/(kg·d)]、花椒麻素和辣椒素的混合组[2 mg/(kg·d)花椒麻素+7 mg/(kg·d)辣椒素]、辣椒素组[9 mg/(kg·d)],研究花椒麻素和辣椒素以及两者混合时的降血脂作用。所有大鼠饲喂基础饲料,自由采食和饮水,每天测量大鼠体质量和采食量,灌胃4周后处死,解剖测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(total cholestrol,简称TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,简称TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,简称HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,简称LDL-C)含量和肝脏总脂肪、总胆固醇、总甘油三酯含量,观察大鼠肝脏的切片。结果表明,灌胃花椒麻素、辣椒素能延缓大鼠的体质量增加,降低大鼠的血脂和肝脂水平,减轻大鼠的脂肪肝症状,对胆固醇代谢循环有较好效果,且不影响大鼠肝脏的正常发育,增加大鼠粪便中的胆固醇、甘油三脂含量以及小肠内容物和粪便中总胆汁酸的含量,其中混合组降血脂的效果最好。由研究结果可知,花椒麻素与辣椒素混合时,对胆固醇的调节效果优于单一组分。
