摘要:
为探讨连续免耕与秸秆还田对土壤养分含量的影响，在扬州大学遗传生理重点实验室试验田进行连续10年不同耕作方式的稻麦两熟定位试验。结果表明，连续免耕(免耕覆盖NTS与免耕高茬NTH)与翻耕秸秆直接还田(全量还田CTS1、半量还田CTS2)均有利于增加土壤有机质的含量，无论在麦后还是稻后整个土层的有机质含量都处于较高的水平。土壤全氮含量的变化方向与有机质相似，但秸秆还田量的多少对全氮影响并无明显差异。免耕可以提高土壤表层碱解氮含量，秸秆还田有利于提高土壤整个耕层的的碱解氮含量。连续免耕与秸秆还田对速效磷影响效果不明显。免耕覆盖(NTS)和秸秆全量还田(CTS1)均有利于提高土壤速效钾的含量。麦免稻耕(RNT)、麦耕稻免(RCT)处理土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、速效钾含量均有所增加，但没有免耕和翻耕秸秆还田效果显著。免耕与秸秆还田处理10年有机质和全氮平均含量均高于翻耕无秸秆还田(CT)处理。
