摘要:
食用羽扇豆是一种营养价值高的适于干旱贫瘠地区生长的环境友好型作物,目前全球主要的种植地区是澳大利亚。食用羽扇豆之所以越来越受到人们的重视,是因为它具有蛋白质含量高、膳食纤维含量高、脂肪含量低、淀粉含量几乎为零的特点,并含有一系列生物活性因子,因而成为许多营养食品的配方之一。食用羽扇豆在我国的种植很少,基于我国土壤分布的特点和国人对自身健康关注度的不断提高,羽扇豆在国内有着一定的发展空间。
