摘要:
针对在自然光照复杂背景下,葡萄果穗区域分割准确度差的问题,提出一种融合局部异常因子(LOF)算法和K均值聚类算法的图像分割算法。本算法首先对由像素点组成的数据集合进行局部偏离因子(LOF)值计算,然后通过LOF值将数据集合重新排序,剔除LOF值最大的前n个对象,最后对局部异常因子算法输出的数据集合进行K均值聚类。在聚类过程中,通过局部偏离因子的值优化了初始聚类中心的选择,并降低了离群点和孤立点对最终聚类结果的影响。选取50幅不同光照、不同背景下的成熟巨峰葡萄果穗图片进行分割试验,结果表明改进的图像分割算法能更准确地将葡萄果穗从复杂背景中分割出来。
