摘要:
探索无患子抗稻瘟病病菌的活性成分，运用大孔吸附树脂及硅胶柱层析对无患子皂苷进行分离纯化，采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法定性、光度比色法定量、核磁共振和质谱法确定结构、琼脂稀释法评价抗稻瘟病病菌活性。结果显示，无患子提取物过D101大孔吸附树脂的70%乙醇洗脱液，再经过硅胶柱，收集到由三氯甲烷-甲醇(体积比分别为1 ∶ 1、3 ∶ 1、5 ∶ 1、7 ∶ 1、9 ∶ 1)洗脱下来的5个活性组分，该5个组分的抗稻瘟病病菌EC50分别为46.84、5119、23.13、29.92、40.85 μg/mL。进一步纯化7 ∶ 1、5 ∶ 1流分，分别获得1个单体成分和含有2种成分的混合物，在浓度为20 μg/mL时，抗菌率分别为84.16%、81.24%。该单体结构经波谱分析和文献比对被鉴定为常春藤3-O-α-D-木吡喃糖基(1→3)-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→2)-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖苷。
