摘要:
从吉林省吉林市某化工厂附近的土壤中分离到1株可在好氧条件下高效降解苯胺的菌株。经16S rDNA序列比对分析后发现,该菌株与铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)具有较近的亲缘关系,基于此,将该菌株定名为Pseudomonas aeruginosa D5,该菌株可在温度为20~40 ℃、pH值为6~9及盐度为1%~3%的条件下对苯胺进行有效降解;菌株D5可对高浓度苯胺进行降解,可在52 h内降解90%以上1 000 mg/L的苯胺;此外,菌株D5可对反复添加的苯胺连续降解,以上的特性为其日后应用于苯胺废水的工业化处理创造了良好的条件。
