摘要:
以人工繁殖获得的黄尾鲴受精卵为材料，运用Olympus倒置荧光显微镜对黄尾鲴胚胎发育过程进行连续观察。结果显示，成熟黄尾鲴卵的卵径为(1.1±0.04) mm，吸收膨胀后卵膜径为(1.50±0.08) mm。在水温为(25.0±05) ℃的条件下，黄尾鲴受精卵历时26 h 35 min孵化出膜，出膜仔鱼全长(4.60±0.12) mm。从受精到孵化出膜的总积温为 763.35 ℃·h。根据胚胎发育过程形态特征，将黄尾鲴胚胎发育过程分为受精卵期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、神经胚期、器官发生期和出膜期7个阶段36个发育时期。
