摘要:
动物胆汁作为药物使用已有几千年的历史,伴随科学技术的进步,动物胆汁中活性成分胆汁酸的研究也逐步深入,本文介绍了不同动物胆汁的主要胆汁酸成分,尤其是鹅去氧胆酸和熊去氧胆酸及其药理作用。就胆汁酸的分离提纯方法、理化性质及测定方法展开讨论,并对鹅去氧胆酸和熊去氧胆酸的药理作用展开综述。
