摘要:
氟苯尼考是氯霉素类广谱抗菌化学药物,主要用于敏感细菌所致的家禽、家畜和鱼的细菌性疾病,特别是对呼吸系统感染和肠道感染效果显著。主要从氟苯尼考的理化性质、临床药效、药物代谢动力学、检测方法等方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为氟苯尼考的开发应用和残留检测提供参考。
