摘要:
耳叶牛皮消是白首乌的常用药材来源,其95%产自江苏省滨海县。目前已从耳叶牛皮消中分离出74种化合物,主要为C21-甾苷类、苯乙酮类、萜类和生物碱类,研究表明这些化学成分具有显著的药理活性,包括抗肿瘤、免疫调节、保护肝脏、抗抑郁以及舒张血管等。近年来,白首乌在药用价值以及临床应用方面取得了较大研究进展,但对白首乌生物活性潜在分子作用机制以及高效栽培模式的研究仍存在一些空白。本文总结耳叶牛皮消的化学成分、药理作用、栽培技术等方面的应用和进展,阐明现阶段白首乌综合开发利用面临的主要挑战,以期对白首乌产业的可持续发展提供理论依据。
