摘要:
利用水溶液浸提法提取西兰花的化感物质，探究其对野稷种子萌发和生长的影响，并分析水浸提液处理后野稷幼苗抗氧化代谢系统的变化，揭示西兰花对野稷种子和幼苗的化感效应。结果表明，西兰花水浸提液对野稷种子萌发具有显著的抑制作用，0.28 g/mL西兰花水浸提液处理下，野稷种子的萌发率仅为15.00%。处理后的野稷幼苗芽长、根长变小，鲜质量显著降低，在低浓度条件下，野稷胚轴长未受影响，在浓度0.28 g/mL条件下，胚轴长被显著抑制。0.07 g/mL西兰花水浸提液处理后的野稷幼苗过氧化氢(H2O2)含量为16.40 μmol/g，对照为7.87 μmol/g；0.14 g/mL 西兰花水浸提液处理后野稷超氧阴离子(O-2·)含量为1 207.03 nmol/g，对照为418.94 nmol/g；丙二醛(MDA)在0.14 g/mL西兰花水浸提液的影响下含量达到1.84 nmol/g，相比于对照含量1.49 nmol/g明显升高。过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性较对照组均下降，但过氧化物酶(POD)的活性并没有受到影响。该研究揭示了西兰花水浸提液对野稷种子萌发和幼苗生长表现出较强化感作用，并通过提高野稷幼苗活性氧的含量来干预野稷幼苗的抗氧化代谢系统，从而为恶性杂草野稷的防控提供理论依据。
