摘要:
为研究赤霉素(GA3)处理对长粒无核白葡萄及葡萄干品质的影响,为长粒无核白葡萄及葡萄干优质生产提供技术参考,以长粒无核白葡萄为试材,设置4种GA3处理(花期不处理+花后10 d 100 mg/L GA3、花序盛开75% 75 mg/L GA3+花后10 d 100 mg/L GA3、花序盛开100% 75 mg/L GA3+花后10 d 100 mg/L GA3、花后3 d 75 mg/L GA3+花后10 d 100 mg/L GA3),以花期、花后10 d均不进行GA3处理为对照(CK),测定葡萄、葡萄干品质及产量指标。GA3处理可显著增大长粒无核白葡萄果穗、果粒重及果形指数,提高鲜果硬度和果梗拉力,促进葡萄色泽变绿,但会降低可溶性固形物含量,且花期GA3处理更有利于增大果形指数;经GA3处理的葡萄所制葡萄干单粒重、果形指数显著增大,色泽变绿,但酚类物质含量及饱满度降低、易褐化。花序盛开100% 75 mg/L GA3+花后10 d 100 mg/L GA3处理的葡萄果粒重3.31 g,果形指数2.69,可溶性固形物含量23.73%,果穗紧密度适中,葡萄产量61.19 t/hm2,所制葡萄干单粒重0.97 g,果形指数4.50,色泽绿,较饱满,褐化程度轻,出干率29.62%,葡萄干产量18.51 t/hm2,且葡萄干具有较高的酚类物质含量和抗氧化活性;主成分分析直观地反映出各处理葡萄、葡萄干品质和产量的分布状况。花序盛开100% 75 mg/L GA3+花后10 d 100 mg/L GA3处理可获得最优葡萄及葡萄干品质,且产量较高,处理效果最优。
