摘要:
为阐明树冠覆膜对春见柑橘果实品质的影响,比较套袋结合树冠覆膜(PF)与常规套袋(CK)处理下果实的生理特性及转录组差异。测定对比了2种处理下的树冠光照度和叶片SPAD值,分析果实外观(单果重、果皮厚度和可食率等)和内在品质(可溶性固形物、维生素C和可滴定酸含量等)差异。转录组测序后,利用差异表达基因筛选和加权基因共表达网络(WGCNA)解析转录水平差异。结果表明,覆膜处理显著降低树冠光照度(降幅41.7%),虽未显著抑制叶绿素合成(SPAD值无显著差异),但单果重增加21.3%,同时果皮增厚、可食率降低,且覆膜处理提高了维生素C含量。转录分析发现,覆膜仅诱导92个差异表达基因,其中ABA信号通路关键基因PP2C(MSYJ079030)显著上调,WGCNA分析证实ABA在覆膜果实发育中起核心调控作用。果皮增厚可能与木质素合成酶基因COMT(MSYJ095360)相关,而鉴定到的关键转录因子bHLH(MSYJ223830)和ERF(MSYJ114220)可作为分子标记辅助育种的候选基因。表明高糖品种可以通过缩短覆膜周期以平衡果皮发育与糖积累。
