不同杀菌剂对辣椒炭疽病菌的室内毒力测定

摘要:
为了通过室内毒力试验以筛选出有效防治辣椒炭疽病的药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了5种杀菌剂对辣椒炭疽病病原菌的抑菌作用,得到了5个毒力回归方程及抑制有效中浓度(EC50)。结果表明,5种杀菌剂对辣椒炭疽病病原菌毒力最强的为70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂和25%溴菌腈可湿性粉剂,EC50值分别为75.530 5 mg/L和 78.007 9 mg/L;80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂次之,EC50值为667.644 mg/L;75%百菌腈可湿性粉剂和80%克菌丹水分散颗粒剂的毒力最差。表明70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、25%溴菌腈可湿性粉剂及80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂均可有效抑制辣椒炭疽病菌的生长,可进一步用于田间试验。
