摘要:
为探讨免疫接种4种猪肺炎支原体疫苗后仔猪血清抗体的变化规律,选用100头健康仔猪作为试验动物,随机分成A、B、C、D、E(对照)组,每组20头仔猪。参照疫苗说明书,分别在7日龄、21日龄对试验组仔猪进行免疫接种,于对照组仔猪颈部肌肉注射2.0 mL生理盐水。分别于20、50、80、140日龄采血并分离血清,采用ELISA方法检测仔猪血清中猪肺炎支原体的抗体水平。结果表明,不同疫苗免疫接种试验猪后产生的抗体水平存在差异。20日龄时,试验组与对照组抗体水平间差异不显著,且各试验组抗体的阳性率不高,A组抗体的阳性率为0;50日龄时,试验组抗体阳性率和抗体水平明显升高,试验组的抗体水平极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但各试验组间差异不显著,同时A组的抗体阳性率显著低于其他试验组(P<0.05);80日龄时,除A组的抗体阳性率保持不变外,各试验组的抗体阳性率和抗体水平均有所下降,但抗体水平仍极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),抗体阳性率显著高于对照(P<0.05),D组的抗体水平和抗体阳性率均高于其他试验组,但试验组间的抗体水平差异不显著;140日龄时,试验组的抗体阳性率和抗体水平显著升高,试验组的抗体水平均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),D组的抗体阳性率和抗体水平高于其他试验组,但试验组间的抗体水平差异不显著。
