摘要:
利用匀浆-差速离心法提取水稻叶片细胞粗膜微粒体,采用Dextran T-500、PEG3350两相分配法分离纯化粗膜微粒体中的质膜,研究不同聚合物浓度对分离效果的影响。结果表明,采用聚合物浓度为6.2%的两相分配体系分配3次可获得纯度较高、封闭性较好的水稻叶片细胞质膜。
