摘要:
以明胶和海藻酸钠为壁材,以阿维菌素为芯材,采用复合凝聚法制备微胶囊,并与明胶 ∶麦芽糊精=1 ∶1为壁材的直接喷雾干燥法、明胶-阿拉伯胶为复合壁材的复凝聚法进行比较研究。结果表明,微胶囊技术对提高阿维菌素的稳定性、延长其持效期有显著的效果,并且用明胶-海藻酸钠为复合壁材制备的微胶囊在微胶囊化产率、缓释效果、粒径分布方面均明显优于用明胶-阿拉伯胶为复合壁材和直接喷雾干燥法制备的微胶囊。
