摘要:
为了控制中华绒螯蟹颤抖病的发生,采用土霉素对中华绒螯蟹螺原体进行体外抑菌试验研究,并对其作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明:中华绒螯蟹螺原体对土霉素极其敏感,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为0.04、0.62 mg/L;随着土霉素浓度的加大,螺原体的运动性受到抑制,指数生长期滞后,菌体最大数量减小,菌体细胞膜出现破损。研究也为中华绒螯蟹颤抖病的治疗提供了理论依据。
