摘要:
青霉素扩环酶是实现酶法转化青霉素生产各种半合成头孢菌素的关键前体7-ADCA的关键酶。获得对青霉素G具有高催化能力的扩环酶突变体,是将其引入工业化生产需要解决的关键问题。目前利用非理性和理性的方法对改酶进行改造,取得了一些活性提高的突变株。本文对改造青霉素扩环酶的研究进展进行总结,并结合其自身的工作对改酶的进一步研究提供理论基础。
