摘要:
为了解甲萘威对水生态系统中初级生产力的影响,以普通小球藻(Chlorella Vulgaris)为供试藻种,研究了甲萘威对其生物量以及叶绿素a、丙二醛和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,甲萘威对普通小球藻生长抑制的96 h EC50为2.50 mg/L。将普通小球藻暴露于不同浓度的甲萘威(对照、1、5、10 mg/L)下,作用7 d后,发现普通小球藻叶绿素a含量随着甲萘威浓度的增加而下降、丙二醛含量逐渐上升、可溶性蛋白质的含量呈先升高后降低的变化趋势。结果表明,甲萘威对普通小球藻是高毒农药,对普通小球藻的生长能产生显著的抑制作用,从而降低水生生态系统的初级生产力。
