摘要:
从患耳部感染性疾病的东锦龟(Chrysemys picta picta)耳部病灶处分离获得1株细菌。为进一步检测该菌致病性,通过腹腔注射和浸泡感染2种方式对健康巴西彩龟人工染毒,致死率分别为80%、70%,且从人工感染病龟体内再次分离到相同菌株。通过分离培养、形态学观察及生理生化试验等诊断,以及进一步的16S rDNA基因序列比对和系统发育分析都表明,该菌为摩尔摩根氏菌(Morganella morganii)。药敏试验结果显示,该菌对庆大霉素、妥布霉素、链霉素、氧氟沙星、头孢他啶、哌拉西林、氯霉素高度敏感,而对头孢唑啉、四环素、阿莫西林、利福平、氨苄西林不敏感。
