摘要:
2012年5月江苏连云港某育苗场日本对虾(Penaeus japonicus)蚤状幼体发生群体死亡,自幼体中分离到优势菌株XS-1。对菌株XS-1 进行了形态特征、理化特性等表观生物学特性检验,并进行了16S rRNA基因的同源性检索与系统发育学分析。结果表明菌株XS-1 具有假交替单胞菌属的特征,在系统发育树中与Pseudoalteromonas lipolytica聚为一个分支,自举值达100%。毒力试验表明,该菌对日本对虾蚤状幼体和仔虾的半数致死量(LD50)分别为 1.3×106 CFU/mL 和2.0×106 CFU/mL。综合菌株XS-1的形态特征、理化特性及16S rRNA基因的同源性检索与系统发育学分析,鉴定XS-1 为P. lipolytica,且对日本对虾蚤状幼体及仔虾均具有毒力。药敏试验表明,该菌对阿奇霉素、环丙氟哌酸、头孢曲松、复方新诺明等11种药物敏感(S),对卡那霉素、苯唑青霉素、新生霉素耐药。
