摘要:
介绍了黄曲霉毒素的产生、分类及危害,重点阐述了对黄曲霉毒素的合成起调控作用的因子。从生物因子、环境因子、化学因子3方面对不同外界因子调控黄曲霉毒素合成的研究进展做了综述。
