摘要:
研究了低氧胁迫对发芽粟谷中活性氧(ROS)、丙二醛、抗氧化酶活性和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量的影响。结果显示,低氧处理下发芽粟谷细胞膜脂过氧化明显加重,活性氧含量增加,并且通气量越低,膜脂过氧化程度越强。低氧胁迫对粟谷抗氧化酶活性起到了不同程度的诱导作用,并且对SOD和POD活性的促进作用大于对CAT的作用。低氧胁迫促进了发芽粟谷中GABA的积累,当通气量为1.5 L/min时,GABA含量达到0.253 8 mg/g,是对照的1.61倍。由此表明,低氧胁迫在促进发芽粟谷产生ROS的同时,还能提高抗氧化酶活性和GABA含量;低氧胁迫下发芽粟谷的GABA积累量与SOD、CAT、POD活性呈极显著正相关。
