摘要:
采用PCR技术扩增拟南芥PHOT2基因编码序列,并将其转入pSUPER1300超表达载体中,构建了 pSUPER1300-PHOT2 超表达载体,利用农杆菌介导花序转化法,转入拟南芥野生型gl1、phot1突变体中。PCR扩增及 RT-PCR 分析表明,该基因超表达,筛选到了潜在的转基因株系。
