摘要:
以21日龄DLY断奶仔猪为对象，分别用生理盐水、无菌培养基、普通乳酸菌、表达EGF乳酸菌对其进行连续14 d灌喂后，观察其对仔猪生长性能的影响，并研究表达EGF对断奶仔猪回肠中大肠杆菌影响。结果表明，表达EGF乳酸菌对断奶仔猪有促生长作用，且表达EGF乳酸菌能很好地抑制大肠杆菌生长，可有效减少由大肠杆菌引起的断奶仔猪腹泻。
