摘要:
微藻的营养丰富,在生活和生产实践中备受研究者的亲睐,但由于海洋微藻的长时间培养和多次接种易导致藻种污染或遗传漂变,使微藻的科研工作和商业化开发受到极大的限制。因此有效的藻种保存方法是进一步研究和开发利用海洋微藻的关键。玻璃化保存技术是一门新兴的生物技术,具有操作简便、快速、高效等特点,是目前海洋微藻种质资源长期稳定保存的理想方法。现对玻璃化法超低温保存的原理、优点,玻璃化冻存法的操作程序、影响因素、关键技术和海洋微藻冻存苗的应用前景进行综述,并对其今后的发展进行了展望。
