摘要:
利用臭氧对5个不同沼液处理[T1(原始新鲜沼液,从厌氧发酵罐直接排出,没有经过存放),T2(沼液经过厌氧发酵罐排出后,存放1个月),T3(150目过滤贮存沼液,即将T2沼液经过150目过滤),T4(50%T3沼液+50%水),T5(25%T3沼液+75%水)]进行粪大肠杆菌灭活检测。结果表明:T1~T5完全灭菌所需的时间分别为13、9、8、7、6 min;沼液经臭氧灭菌后,全氮、全磷、全钾和可溶性有机碳含量变化均不显著,但其铵态氮含量和化学需氧量显著减少。
