摘要:
以马来酸为原料,通过合环、O-烃化、酰化反应,先后得到6-甲基-4-羟基- 2-吡喃酮、6-甲基-4-烷氧基-2-吡喃酮及其6-甲基-4-羟基-3-酰基-2-吡喃酮衍生物,并进行抑菌生物活性测试。产物的结构经过1H NMR和MS进行表征,初步的生物活性测试结果表明,部分该系列化合物对立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)与串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium moniliforme Sheld)具有较好的抑制活性。
