摘要:
为筛选防治猕猴桃溃疡病的有效药剂,采用抑菌圈法,测定乙蒜素分别与溴硝醇、代森锰锌 2 种药剂复配对丁香假单胞杆菌的联合毒力,并筛选出最佳组配。结果表明,乙蒜素与溴硝醇以 1 ∶5 的比例复配增效作用最好,EC50为0.001 mg/mL,共毒系数为214.7,低于农用链霉素(EC50为0.004 mg/mL);乙蒜素与与代森锰锌以1 ∶3复配时也具有增效作用,EC50为0.005 mg/mL,共毒系数为205.7。
