摘要:
对菟丝子、淫羊藿水提液进行分离纯化，并将水提液加入大鼠精液冷冻保护剂中，对大鼠附睾尾部精子进行冷冻保存，并评估冷冻前后精子活率指数，采用伊红染色评估精子畸形率。结果表明：添加菟丝子、淫羊藿水提液的冷冻保护剂可以提高解冻后精子活率指数。菟丝子、淫羊藿水提液在大鼠精液冷冻保存过程中有一定的保护作用。
