摘要:
在不同pH值条件下,研究壳聚糖衍生物对绿色巴夫藻(Pavlova viridis Tseng,Chen et Zhang)、小球藻(Chloreiia spp.) 絮凝富集的影响。结果表明,终浓度为30 mg/L以上的壳寡糖、水溶性低分子量壳聚糖对2种藻类具有显著的促沉降效应,在pH值大于7的碱性溶液中沉降效应明显提高。说明水溶性壳聚糖衍生物可以用于微藻的大规模采收。
