摘要:
对安徽省滁州市农民专业合作社现状开展了调查。结果显示，自《农民专业合作社法》颁布以来，当地农民专业合作社发展迅速，并大多依法具有较为完善的治理结构，主要为社员提供技术指导和产品销售服务，能够在年底对社员进行盈余返还。大多数农民专业合作社了解并利用了国家的贷款和税收优惠政策，希望国家进一步加大财政支持，加快税收政策和贷款政策的落实，希望在融资和技术上获得支持。绝大多数合作社对未来发展充满信心。
