摘要:
褐飞虱是我国水稻生产中的重要害虫,其唾液在取食过程中起着重要的作用。在笔者的前期研究中发现,褐飞虱在取食时会分泌凝胶状唾液和水溶性唾液。笔者收集了褐飞虱的水溶性唾液分泌物,通过建立16S ribosomal DNA(rDNA)文库检测了唾液分泌物中的微生物组成,共发现6种细菌,它们都属于变形菌门,其中属于γ变形菌亚门、β变形菌亚门的分别有4种、2种。此外研究还对褐飞虱取食后残留在水稻叶鞘中的口针鞘内部进行了透射电镜观察,发现在口针鞘内部和周围都有微生物的存在。研究结果可为进一步认识褐飞虱的取食行为以及褐飞虱体内的细菌型共生菌的生物学特性提供参考和依据。
