摘要:
对四川省凉山州2004—2011年的生态足迹、生态承载力和生态赤字等进行了研究,结果表明,凉山州人均生态足迹呈逐年增长趋势,年均增长2.42%;人均生态承载力呈逐年减少趋势,年均减少2.11%;凉山州处于生态盈余状态,但盈余逐年减少,其中,林地盈余明显,其次为耕地、化石能源用地和建筑用地,而草地、水域为赤字状态;生态压力指数小于1,发展总体呈可持续状态;2009年,凉山州与其他地区相比,尚属可持续发展地区。近年来,凉山州生态压力指数剧增,其发展模式是不可持续的,建议控制人口增量、提高彝区人口素质、提高资源利用率和农业生产率,优化产业结构,保护土地资源,以实现可持续发展。
