摘要:
栝楼是常用的大宗药用植物,其性别分化一直是研究的重点。本文对栝楼雌、雄性别分化的组织形态鉴别、生理生化鉴别、性别相关基因的分子标记鉴别等进行综述,并对今后栝楼性别研究的发展趋势进行了展望,最后提出了相关建议。
