摘要:
采用玉米琼脂粉培养基对祁连县、共和县和泽库县4个地区的不同土壤样品进行捕食线虫性真菌的分离，并利用藏绵羊马歇尔线虫第3期幼虫诱导真菌捕食器官的产生。结果表明，从祁连县土壤样品中分离到1株捕食线虫性真菌，根据菌丝及捕食器官的形态特征，鉴定为少孢节丛孢菌(Arthrobotrys oligospora)。
