摘要:
以锦鲤为研究对象,采用静水试验,将锦鲤暴露在含有不同浓度锌离子的水体中3 d,解剖取样,干法灰化法用马弗炉高温500 ℃处理样品,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测定锦鲤鳃和肌肉组织的吸光度,对2种组织中锌离子含量进行分析比较,结果表明:锌离子在锦鲤鳃和肌肉中的积累量随水体中锌离子浓度的增加而增加,当水体中的锌浓度达到20 mg/L时,增幅减小并开始下降,这说明锌离子在鱼体内的吸收达到平衡;锌离子在2种组织中的积累能力依次为鳃﹥肌肉。
